Purpose
Organisations that have never licensed their records face an unfamiliar decision with few reliable sources. The questions they must answer cut across commercial, legal and governance functions, and the people who must answer them rarely work together on matters like this.
This site collects those questions in one place. It sets out the licensing terms to understand, the information governance duties that apply, and the way to put a proposal to a board. Where a buyer's published criteria appear to fit an organisation, we introduce it to that buyer's own application.

Remuneration
Not by organisations. A participating buyer may pay us a referral fee if an introduction results in a qualifying commercial relationship. Our Commercial Disclosure sets out the arrangement and the commitments that go with it.
